Eat Like a Viking in Vikings Eat All You Can

Vikings BuffetIf you are looking for a serious place to go for a buffet which will be engraved in your mind for the rest of your life, then this resto is the place to go. Vikings Eat All You Can will surely test your appetite but will not burn your pocket.

The first thing about this resto that I really liked is that you can ask for reservations over FB. It’s a great idea but there are few restaurants that do this, and personally I think that it’s a good strategy to attract customers. But they said in their FB to ask for reservation at least 2 weeks before to have sure seats, this is mainly because there are lots of people that line up at their place just to dine in.

Vikings is conveniently located at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City. I believe that the success of a restaurant depends on the location. For Vikings, they scored 100% in terms of location. But the location is not the only thing that you will love about Vikings. Their buffet rates are also a steal, if you ask me. Their lunch buffet is priced at only 688 pesos per adult, 288-388 for kids, with a special 50% discount for 75 years old and above. Their dinner buffet is only 888 pesos for adults, 388-588 for kids and also discounted for 75 years old and above.

The foods was good for exceptions to some salty Japanese steamed rice (of course, it’s more of an individual preference, but personally, I don’t like salty foods J). The must haves are their grilled salmon, Chicken Kebab and of course Tempura. The live band was also entertaining and plays good music while enjoying your meal. And also their ice cream selections are many, but I think that their pistachio ice cream is heaven!!!. Do not take my word for it, you must try it yourself.

A word of advice though, if you’re not used to eating raw foods like sushi and the likes, I recommend that you do not over eat because you know where you will end up. And another thing, my friends say that this place is great for holding your birthday parties, just don’t forget to bring a valid ID with your birthday printed on it. But I’ve not yet personally experienced celebrating my birthday in Vikings; that will be the next thing that I will do.
